I don't really know exactly what the problem is because i can't really find anything on it.
The problem is that I can sleep just fine on the weekends or whenever i know i'll have as much time as possible to get a good sleep. Whenever i have to wake up for schoolPreschooler development Preschooler test Preschooler test or procedure preparation School age child development School age test or procedure preparation School-age children development or work or anything, even if i'm tired it's hard to sleep, when i do sleep i constantly wake up to check how much time i have left to sleep and this can happen sometimes every 15 minutes. Also if i can't sleep, when i get tired if i only have about 5 or 4 hours to sleep i'll just stay up because i'd rather not even try. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.
Are you anxious ? Is there anything really bothering your recently ? I am asking this question because I can see that you are worried about not being able to get up on time, and thus may miss something. What is that something ?

What will happen if you fail to get up early on a weekday ? According to medical literature, a four hours sleep is enough to refresh the body systems and wake up 'feeling fresh'.
Can you share some thoughts ?

We haven't heard from you recently. How are you now ? Do you still have the sleep problems ?
You could benefit from an anti-anxiety medication. Do get back on the forum if you have some things to share.
