I like to nap in the afternoon and always cover with blankets, summer or winter. Some days when I'm just going into a deeper sleep, I feel chilled. It's enough rouse me but it goes right away and I fall right back asleep. I am a good sleeper and love to take long naps if I've been up very early that day.
My doctor checked my thyroid, blood sugar runs 85 fasting. This seems to have started after chemo of FOLFOX in 2009 and it's not daily and never at night.
