Chill during nap

I like to nap in the afternoon and always cover with blankets, summer or winter.  Some days when I'm just going into a deeper sleep, I feel chilled. It's enough rouse me but it goes right away and I fall right back asleep.  I am a good sleeper and love to take long naps if I've been up very early that day.

My doctor checked my thyroid, blood sugar runs 85 fasting.  This seems to have started after chemo of FOLFOX in 2009 and it's not daily and never at night.

a few years ago even in 100+ temps i was freezing standing in direct sunlight. starting about 2011 it got worse. i changed my diet allowing more saturated fats like coconut oil lard an avocados.. they are very important that has helped the most dr's didn't figure it out i learned this looking up butter vs margarine there's a 50 year study i ran into on the heart an it said fat was very important and that cholesterol isn't the cause. yet they have pushed for low fat diet. fish an meats an other plants also supply saturated fats so look at your diet as a whole to make choices. since i changed and added saturated fats back i stopped having the chills in the last 2 months i have been taking cellfood it's 70+ minerals an other things you need depending on what you believe will help you most. i have the spray with DNA RNA  they have several formulas to choose from. but i'm contributing my disappearing chills down to the bones to the upping my saturated fat intake it's worked wonders for me. i don't use milk i use half an half where ever milk is called for. coconut oil is very good for joints an skin makes nice after bath rub as well as cookin ya dinner what a saving too ;p.. i hope this helps. maybe even a detox fast would be beneficial, try different things i had it bad a couple years an no amount of blankets helped an my body pain was starting to drag me down.  with the cellfood in the last 2 months i feel better over all. I've got cold it's not in my bones an was normal to circumstances .... so read up an see if maybe it help you also. Also in the last few years upping saturated fats I've not had a cold the flu pneumonia or strep throat norms in the past for me. i hope you find whats causing yours a feel better soon

No.  I do have 'thin blood' because of the full dose of aspirin I take daily to help prevent recurrence, polyps and mets of the colon cancer.  I was thinking last night that once in a while, if I have a headache or strained muscle that I'll have aspirin a 2nd time in a day.  It might coincide with the next day's nap and the chill since they're not often and have only been happening since I finished chemo 5 years ago AND started the aspirin therapy at the same time.

CBC is always perfect as are SMA, etc.
