I am 24 years old. Sometimes i can not sleep at night well (travel from my hometowm -> city, looking up children). It makes my body feel tired and hard to focus on my daily tasks.
I want to be good on these day in order to keep my performance up at office.
Please let me know how to keep my mind awake on the next day when i actually have somethings to do in the evening?
I may not understand completely, but to the extent that I do I suggest that there is no substitute for a good regular cycle of sleep and awake and most of us have to get about 8 hours in each 24 in the sleep state. For many that is hard to accomplish and is often a problem if "work" requires on sleep during daylight and work when dark. We sleep best in the quiet, dark,and comfortable safe environment.
