for the past couple weeks i have been having some trouble going to sleep. I literally haven't slept since around June 10th. Now i can't focus, my vision is warped, and i'm very nauseous. every time i try to go to sleep, i just lay in my bed for hours and it just doesn't happen. my eyes are also sensitive to light, and i sometimes hallucinate. i just have no idea whats going on. I do have psychological disorders, but i am not sure if that's whats causing this.
Carefully think about what might have changed just before the sleeping problem started: what you eat, smoke, use, do, think... if you can come up with anything new at that period try to counter it, such as stop doing that.
