Heart beating fast and can't go to sleep
Sometimes when I go to bed and i want to go to sleep, my heart is beating fast, and i feel my body very restless.  I try to concentrate in falling asleep, but my heart is beating like i've just been running or doing exercise.  What can be causing this. I am not much overweight, i'm 5'0 117lb. and i've always had my blood pressure in the lower side.  I just toss and turn until eventually i fall asleep.

Hi, if you aren't already try not to eat anything hard to digest in the evening, nothing with stimulants, and if you drink caffine, try cutting back, limit it to mornings.
