Heavy Breathing on Exhale. Normal inhale

Ive been recording my sleep at nights with the snorelab app. I notice some nights I have no episodes of heavy breathing.

Whai i do get when caught are very heavy and loud exhales. My inhale is normal and no snorting of the like. But its like i inhale then just bkow out air as hard as I can

I had a poor mans sleepy study 1.5 years ago and had no pauses of breathing. Had my adnoids taking out as a kid.no morning headaches or dry mouth

Im a big guy 6'6" 230.

I take clonazepam as needed in the mornings but have taking it before and had no issue. A couple times ive found it to help if i take near bed time.

Caffeine I do consume about 150-250 mg a day.

My wifes not bothered by it.

Does this sound like apnea. I mean its a loud breath out.
