It could just be that you are tired and need more sleep. Just give yourself more time to sleep/rest. If the symptoms still do not resolve, then you have to get assessed for sleep disorders. Certain sleep disorders like obstructive sleep apnea can cause disturbed sleep and hence the need to sleep more. And others like narcolepsy can cause excessive sleepiness per say.
If it persists or is troublesome consult your doctor for assessment.

I would suggest maybe taking 30 minute naps. Any naps that are longer than that, you go into the deeper sleep modes and that actually does more harm than good. I would also try and limit the amount of naps you take in the day. If taking naps doesn't help i would keep a diary of what you ate. Sometimes if you take in too much carbs. it can make you feel slower. I would also recommend not taking any stimulant such as caffeine. Caffeine can make you feel jumpy and than really slow.
