I can only seem to get 2-3 hours of sleep a night.

I go to sleep about 10:30-11:00 every night, but lay there for about 1-2 hour of tossing and turning, when I finely get to sleep I just end u waking up again all night, leading to about 2-3 hours of sleep a night. I wake up with no energy, and no hunger. All day my eyes are burning, but my body feels fine, because of the I have trouble seeing, I eat health, 2-3 thousand calories a day, and I also work out for about 2 hours, my body never feels tied, but my eyes can't stay open, but can't fall asleep. This is making my every day every hard, so if someone could help that would be grate, and this has all been going on for about 2-3 years, I have been to the doctors, but all they do is give me sleeping pills, witch don't seem to work for me.

Hi, to begin with you should not keep thinking about sleeplessness, as this in turn promotes insomnia and it becomes a vicious cycle. You should stop becoming anxious and try to relax. There is a circadian rhythm for all living organisms. It is a 24 hour cycle rhythm and the biological clock within that individual adapts to this rhythm. If you observe this rhythm, the transition happens gradually, like the daylight subsides slowly into darkness and the sounds too gradually mellow down into the night. These changes condition us and promote sleep. So, nearing bedtime, do not engage in activities like exercise or dancing or other means that can keep you active. Imbibe this rhythm and sleep well and naturally. Regards.
