I can't sleep!!!!!

I've been trying to go to sleep for almost 3 hours and I can't! It's 5:38 in the morning and nothing I've tried relaxation apps tried just laying down in bed I've tried eating food so that I get full and just feel like passing out I'm 15 im in good shape I workout everyday and Im not stressed over anything is this insomnia or is it something else? Someone please answer..

Hello,

To begin with relax, the more you try to force yourself to sleep, the more difficult it is to sleep. If you can't  sleep, get out of bed and do some relaxing activities. Inability to sleep could be problems with initiating sleep or maintaining sleep and is called insomnia. But an occasional inability to sleep is not termed as insomnia.

You should stop becoming anxious and try to relax. Try to have a warm bath before sleeping. Have a glass of milk or read a book before trying to sleep. Don’t watch TV or do exercise before sleeping. Condition yourself that you can relax and that you can sleep well.
