I don't know if I blacked out in my dream, or real life?

Last night i went to sleep, and every now and then I'd wake up, but I would just go back to sleep. Then I had a dream, or at least I think it was? In this dream I blacked out in my bed, but it felt so real. I've blacked out a couple times in my life and when I blacked out in this dream I don't know it just felt so real. First I felt light headed, I felt like I was floating. And then everything went black. I don't know what this was, if it was a dream or not, but I'm scared to go back to sleep. And I don't know if I'm making a big deal out of nothing.

Do you know what caused the previous real black-outs?  Is the recent black-out under similar or different circumstances?  If you are doing anything to excess, that could be the problem.

Well the first blackout I remember, I was listening to my dance teacher and all of a sudden I felt light headed. And then I woke up on the floor with people looking at me. I've had a couple more after that, but my most recent one was between January 24th-27th 2017. I was just sitting down watching funny videos with my 19 year old sister and her friend and then I sat up quickly, and I felt like I was floating. Then I woke up, got taken to the doctors and I had low blood pressure. I usually get light headed a lot but only a few of the times I've gotten light headed caused me to black out.
