I wake up almost every night feeling like i have swallowed something

Almost every night i wake up feeling like i have something in my throat, its really there too because i can feel it whenever i try to gag it out or when i swallow i feel it go down. Ive always had a problem with acid reflux, my guess is that it is food coming back up into my throat while i sleep. But every time i wake up i gag myself before i realize whats going on. If i jist swallow it goes away and i can go back to sleep. What do you think? And what can i do to stop this?

You should see an ENT and get evaluated for gastroesophageal reflux.  There are medications for this, although you may also want to make sure you are eating well first.
