I'm awake!

I'm just curious about this thing I have when I sleep.Because basically once in 2 months or something, when I go to sleep, after about 5-10 minutes of sleeping, I suddenly wake up after having a short nightmare which is always about falling. When I wake up my heart is beating fast but I'm not bothered anymore and go back to sleep again.

I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about this,

Little Vira, dreams (nightmares!) about falling is just scary because you our thinking of your own death some time far far far far in the future. Soon the nightmare will end. Pleasant dreams.

Yeah, I've also had this for as long as I can remember and it occurs once in every 2 months or so.
