Insomnia

Hi all,

I am new to this and I want to know is there any type of pill that helped anyone of you? I am a little bit affraid, but nothing else has helped so far...

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Sleep aids or pills can help tide over temporary insomnia. Either way to most of the sedatives (sleeping tablets), people develop tolerance, that is they stop working very effectively with time. So, try to develop good sleep hygiene. Sleep and get up at the same time every day, avoid smoking, alcoholic and caffeinated beverages and exercise regularly. If the problem persists consult your doctor for an evaluation to rule out sleep disorders.
