I wake up usually between 8-20 times a night. I go to bed around 10 and get up at 6. Sometimes it can take me hours to fall asleep. I am a very light sleeper. If my husband rolls over, I wake up. I do not move in my sleep. If I need to roll over...I wake up and do it. I'm so tired of this, I want to sleep! Not to mention that this can not be great for my health.

My husband says that a lot of times my breathing is very rapidRapid shallow breathing while I'm sleeping. I don't know, but this probably has to do with my lung thing. IDK.
Should I talk to my doctor about this? My husband asked me last night why I never went to the doctor for this. I said I've had it for so long that I don't really pay attention to it. KWIM? I also said that I assume it is a womanWomen's way thing, many womenWomen's way have sleeping problems.
Sounds like a problem you need to consult your doctor about. It isn't normal to be such a light sleeper. You must feel exhausted!
