Hi, usually night sweats does occur as in ill ventilated, warm weather, excessive clothing, late night snacks & coffee, alcohol, spicy food, some drugs etc where you need to correct such triggering factors and proper hydration maintanance. At your age, anxiety coupled with late night bed practice can also be possibility. You need also to be sure of not suffering from low grade fever or any other cause of concern by seeking proper medical attention. The night sweats are common. There are certain factors that contribute to it. Some factors are warm room temperature and anxiety. Do you think you are being more anxious these days ? If there are no other symptoms, these are the two most likely causes.
