Shaking while Waking

by Shannon Wyatt, Sep 18, 2007 06:39PM
A question to the gang.  For the past few months I have been experiencing a slight shaking when I first wake up in the morning.  It is sorta like a mini-anxiety attack.  I wake up slightly shaking with my heart racing.  If I get up and get moving it goes away.  If I toss and turn and try not to think about it -- it stays with me, but slowly diminishes.  It happens every morning and always just when I first wake up -- say, around 6am.

I'm wondering if anyone has had similiar experiences.
