Hi This is to Steven Y Park, MD, this is in reference to the comment you responded to on Nov 30,2009 about waking up and not being able to move. I suffer from this all the time, it scares me to go to sleep everyday. Sometimes I even fall asleep, unknowingly and people say I'm snoring or am I sleep. When I try to wake myself up, I too have to free myself from myself, it makes me not wanna sleep, cause I am scared I may not be able to wake up, or be paralyzed even. How do I make this go away. What is sleep Paralysis how do I get it, better yet, how do I fix. It happens whether I am on my side, back, or stomach, even sitting up. Please Help me.
