Sleep Apnea and Oxygen levels

I have sleep apnea and had oxygen level of 88%  I think that was a one time oxygen level..........but my sleep doctor did not say anything (it is on the sleep study) but is this something I should be concerned with.

Thanks much,
George

James,

How was your O2 while on CPAP, hopefully better than that 66%.  I know with the CPAP mine o2 levels were good enough...I cannot remember all my sleep stage percentages but I do know I RARELY dream and that showed with the low time percentage.  I didn't remember tape on my eye libs but wasn't too thrilled with all the wires all over either so I may have overlooked that.

Thanks again, best wishes
George

88% is lower than the want it..they want it at all times 90% of ur all..but wile asleep it may really fall..mine at sleep in stage3 was 66% yeah..im on a cpap every night..im a smoker lost 55 pounds still over weight..if ur neck is 17'' then you could be prime candidate....if its 88% it depens what range of sleep..sleep 1,2,3,4,and rem  witch is rapid eye movement..from dreaming..when we dream our eyes move..did you notice that they put tape on ur eye lids??     good luck my friend   james
