Hi Lawley, how are you keeping? Hope you are feeling better. Are you doing regular exercises I do know it is difficult to manage the time as you need to concentrate on your studies and also on the part time, still you need to keep your health in a good condition? You may get tired at end of the day due to amount of time spent on studies and then at part time causing possible chronic fatigue. This can may you feel a run down state, exhausted and having no interest in your daily routines. As early said you need to do relaxation exercise and body massage followed by warm bath can be very soothing and relaxing. Take care and post your thoughts.

Hi Lawley, thanks for your reply. How are you doing? You need to be positive minded and try to get involved in your daily activities with some more interest. I do know it is difficult for you to pull out some time because of school and part time but you need to relax and be active. If possible try to go to gym for half an hour or so or do play some games and drink lot of liquids. You may take some more time in getting used to this kind of tight schedule. Try going to few sessions of massage or physical therapy, it may be beneficial. Take care.

My sleep is generally really good, although i frequently get to bed later then usual 12/1 in most circumstances. I don't normally feel tired it's just maybe 2 - 4 days of the week i'll come home and just feel tired.

Hi Lawley, thanks for your reply. Well, how is your sleep at night? At what time you usually go to sleep and wake up for school? Is there any disturbance in sleep at night or you tend to get bad or terror dreams? Do you study late night? As you come from school, you might have got tired and half to one-hour sleep may not be sufficient, also you might be thinking of getting up in time for your work, having only half sleep. This might make you feel unrefreshed and sick. Try to take more liquids and see your doctor for a check up. Take care and post your thoughts.

My daily routine is the same as many others, although i do work part time from 5-7.

I'll come in from school one day, feel tired and sleep from maybe 4.15 - 5 (waking up to go to work) and then I'll feel sick and ill for maybe an hour. I have no illness's that i know of and not under any extreme stress.

Hi Lawley, Hope you are better now? Can you give some more details about your daily routine and your sleep habits? How is your studies going on and is examination approaching? You may be under stress of doing your studies or may be putting extra hours daily, which makes you exhausted at the end of day. Have you had any recent prolonged illness? Try to relax, do regular exercises, have plenty of liquids with more of fruit juices, go to sleep early and have a warm shower before you sleep. You may see your family doctor and get a complete check up. Please share your thoughts. Take care.
