Im an adult about 29 yrs old male...I sleep avg 7-8 hrs a day...but still I feel so sleepy during the day specially when I come back from work/in the gym/ etc....for your information my job is transportaion related...so i drive about 10 hrs everyday...is driving causing this issue? if yes how? I dont drive straight up...I take break 10/15/30 mins every few hrs...can any one help me to get rid of this issue?
