I feel unfresh all the time. Even after having 10-12 hrs of sleep i still wanna sleep. It's been 4 months. This has affected my academic performance. I just can't study rather only wanna sleep 24*7. Everytime I sleep, I see dreams for long time. Also my heartbeat is much pounding & HR is also high. I am feeling lazy even to write this question. My exams are near. Plz help me out.
