Why do I always feel tired?

It doesn't matter how much sleep I get, I still feel tired all the time. Why?
(sorry for my bad English)

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Inadequate sleep can cause symptoms of tiredness. But tiredness could also be due to other causes like anemia or hypoglycemia. Diabetes Mellitus and Hypothyroidism could cause the symptoms described by you. A simple blood test could help detect anemia, diabetes and hypothyroidism. Consult your primary care physician for these tests.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
