breathlessness during sleep

My breathless during sleep is because of the following reasons:
1. reflux
2. bend nose
3. polycystic kidney

please let me know what could be the possible remedy.

Sleep apnea is the first thing that came to my mind? Have you ever been told you snore, or you wake up gasping for air? You might need to see your MD and have a sleep study done to see what your problem is. Hope this helps!
