coniuous jerking while using cpap machine

by tizzy0603, Oct 27, 2009 02:12PM
I have been using a cpap machine for 5 years.  For the last 6 months I have been having what I'm tild are myclonic
jerks while I am using the mask.  As soon as I take it off the jerks stop.  My doctor says he has never come across this before.  Has anyone else had this experience?
At present I am taking Pexola but this does nothing  for the jerks but seems to keep me awake all night.
A month or so ago I took Zyban to stop smoking and that seemed to stop the jerks.
Do you have any solution to the problem?
Thanks
Tizzy
