fingers, hands, arms numbing

It's been 5 days now that I have been having numbness of my right fingers, hand and sometimes arms.  Not all at the same time but rather it starts with the fingers.  Which usually wakes me up because I guess of pain and numbness (maybe due to loss of circulation)  I don't even have to sleep on that right side to get the numbness.  As long as I'm lying down for awhile it suddenly creeps (the numbness).  What could be the cause of this.

Sorry I cant read without magnifying glass. hence first line is confusing. I had pulating pain  in the root of my penis.And ultimately it settled in my soles as stiffness.Till date I am trying to get relief  many different therapies.I am deaf, failing visinon, an this tightness for which there is no cure or even treatment.

I am 78.3years before ii had  pulsatomg ,o;d [aom om tje rppt pf [emos/ it was very mild and for 5 or 6 seconds. agter 3 days, i got  both legs sightly heave and numb.Again after 3 days tightness settled . this tightness id for 24 hours.it is not very painful but it does cause annoyance.
Ajll types of treatments have been done with no relief.This type of problem Neuropathy is usually eith diavetes or b12 deficiance or iron deficiency.I have no such disorder. I am still searching for the effective treatment.
You should take immidiate step  by consulting doctor.Let that not be chronic problem.
