He should drink lot of water and urinate minimum 4-5 times a day. As the water is most essential nutrient for human body so doctors advice to drink at least 8 oz of water in a day. The healthcare practitioners suggest that whether you feel that degree of thirst or not, still one should maintain the necessary water intake along with the routine diet.
Habit of low water intake can lead to chronic diseases in long run. Drinking less water and urinating less may give rise to urinary tract infection, kidney disorders, dehydration, dry skin, giddiness, electrolyte imbalance, headache, dry mouth etc which may prove fatal in future.
I suggest him to take proper quantity of water to avoid complications in future. Take care and regards.
Im 18 and usually only urinates 3 to 4 times a day, He may just have a large blatter, But if you want to be safe you can go visit the doctor and see if there is anything wrong.
He should drink more water he is dehydrated and it will affect his body, tell him to drinkl more and if it still continues he needs to get checked out ...good Luck
