i am concerned about my sleep, and dream habits.

so i am reading some people who have simular symptoms as me, i wake up and see spiders. sometimes its not spiders, just a spider, or a bug of some sort. sometimes i see a animal in my room that runs out or up the wall. when i was younger i would usually scream, or become very scared but i have learned to try to ignore it so its not much of an episode, but just me still seeing things. i am learning to cope with it but i want to know is this a dangerous disorder that can get worse eventually, or should i just continue to ignore it?

Were we to go to a doctor for every small aberration, there would not be enough hours left in the week to work and sleep. Not to mention the cost of following up on every little oddity.
