i cant go too sleep for multiple reasons! how do i fall asleep?

when my head hits the bed and I close my eyes I cant seem to fall asleep! I tried everything! I am just never tired. I tried relaxing my muscles and stuff like that. I never sleep at night I just sit there staring at the wall and then in the daytime I take 2 hour nap. when I do sleep at night its only for about 4 hours. another thing is I always see to not be comfy. I get really hot at night and my legs seem to move around a lot or I will try to flip over or turn on the fan and it never works. how can I fall asleep?

Hi, your first clue as to why are the 2 hour naps.  That is stealing sleep from you at night.  I suspect if you eliminate the naps you'll start sleeping a lot better.  Also do not allow any more time in bed than you need to awaken refreshed.  Normal is between 7 and 9 hours.  You might start with scheduling 7 hours and no more, and see how you do.  Give yourself several weeks to adjust, and that may be all you need to restore normal sleep.  Good luck.

Appears to me, your having difficulty relaxing, probably due to racing thoughts, anxiety of not being able to sleep, stress, uncomfortable room temp, developing health disorder, list goes on.

Have you spoke to a physician about your concerns ?  Probably be your best solution.  Wishing you well.
