i have a question am i seeing things?

today i woke up at around 4am to the sound of one of my dollhouse toys i was scared cause of the startle and it was still dark out and i was having a good dream as i looked for a bear of mine i saw over my bunkbed railing a man whose eyes where wide open and he was shacking he was also looking right at me it was too dark to see his actaul features but he looked real to me and my eyes adjusted in those couple of secounds he was still there. i hid under my covers to hear nothing and see him not there anymore. i though it was my grandmother but she would not stare at someone like that. i also found that the doll house toy sounded way to close to my ear since it was across the room and im not entirly sure it even was in my room or in my sisters. this soon followed with random bangs and things falling all around my house and so close to my ear.
