I couldn't figure out where to ask this. If I don't get enough sleep in the morning I will wake up with a terribly uncomfortable stomachache. Has anyone else experienced this? I am kinda at a loss as to how to make it feel any better. I've dealt with it for years and years, but last night was one of the worst. Does anyone have any ideas about ways to make it feel better? I usually (when its not too bad) just try to ignore it and go about my day. But if they get worse, I won't get any sleep at all..which makes them worse. Its a catch 22. So if anybody has any ideas or thoughts it would be greatly appreciated.
