ms and sleep apnea

Ihae both sleep apnea and MS and since both effect the brain how do they effect each other?

Sorry I don't understand your question.  In what way to "they both affect the brain"?

If they do both affect the brain, I doubt very much that the brain act in any way to couple the two irritants. Of course the combination may well affect the conscious mind and add to anxiety, depression or other mental stress.
