How are you? If you are referring to night shivering, this is a regulatory mechanism of the body which generates heat and warms the body. This could be due to a cold room temperature at night or impending fever. Try to sleep in a warmer room. If it persists, have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
Do you still experience these night shivering? Were you able to have this checked by your doctor? Do keep us posted.
Take care and best regards.
