Hi,
How are you? If you are referring to night shivering, this is a regulatory mechanism of the body which generates heat and warms the body. This could be due to a cold room temperature at night or impending fever. Try to sleep in a warmer room. If it persists, have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
