Fantastic!  Make sure it's okay with your doctor, in case there might be interactions.

Many forms of Magnesium are ineffective and/or unsafe.  Some of the good ones include: Taurate, Glycinate and Citrate (can be laxitative.)  You may need more than the RDI, which needs checking with your doctor.

With the B Complex, I'm not too familiar with all that's out there right now.  But I'd opt for liquid (better absorbable) and good internet reviews.

I have suffered sooo long of insomnia and have tried many things. I will try the magnesium and B vitamin complex. I will let you all know the results. What have worked for me is that I have to shut down all my mental noise. So I watch every repetitive, nonsence thought that come to my mind. with no judgement or trying to change or fight anything, just alert like the cat watching the mouse hole. I have also tried listening to music and folowing meditation instructions like inmaging that you are in such and such place and they also tell you to breath deeply. That worked too. Melatonine work for a little while. I understand you ford 1968. As terrible as this is we must calm down and be patient. Something got to work.

Ford 1968:

I think I understand that you have not slept for two hours.Do you mean you only sleep two hours a day?I do not think the herbal items you are taken will help you find sleep. I get about 4 hours of sleep a night, so I know how lack of sleep can affect you during the day. It appears that if you can get sleep, some of the other problems that you are experiencing may be reduced. On this assumption, there is a website that sells glasses that block the blue light emitted from lamp bulbs, TV, computers. The pineal gland in our brain secretes melatonin, the sleep hormone, and only in darkness does the pineal gland activate melatonin.
I have been wearing specially coated glasses for a year,  and I wear the glasses three hours before bedtime. The glasses help me fall asleep faster, but I awake every night after two hours of sleep. I usually can return to sleep at 4 AM and go to 8 AM. I think if you read about the research done on sleep, you can decide whether it is worth your trying the glasses. The company offers a refund if your your are not satisfied. Go to lowbluelights.com and read the data. I am a military veteran, and I have been taken blood-pressure medicine for 15 years. My blood pressure numbers are 113/72/70. You should investigate whether you need to begin to take bp medicine, if you are not already taken medication for high blood pressure. I would guess if you can return to sleeping again and lowering your blood pressure, you may improve your overall health.

I do not recgonize coversyl, faverin, gasec as medicines, and there is no listing of them in the Pill Book. Perhaps these substances are herbal in nature. If so, I am sorry but I do not have any reference information on herbs. I think if you can lower your blood pressure, your close phobia may lessen.

Return to Medhelp at a later time if you learn some new information about your condition. Someone will try again to help you.

The B Vitamin Complex and Magnesium are important for handling stress.  Magnesium in particular helps people sleep more deeply and continuously.  Fatigue and insomnia are connected with such deficiencies.  You may also find the Magnesium, and possibly Potassium, might help the blood pressure, phobia, and allergies.
