Hello Gurpal.

It seems the problem is sleepiness in the day time even after sleeping through the night. The dreams may not be much of a problem, unless they are really disturbing.

Now, if you are feeling sleepy in the day also, it means your body is not getting relaxed and rejuvenated when you sleep. This can happen if you fail to have enough deep sleep. Sleep apnea could prevent you from having enough deep sleep. And you do feel sleepy throughout the day. Contacting a sleep specialist for a sleep study will be a good first step. If you do not have a sleep specialist in your area, just find out where you can get the sleep study (polysomnography) done.

A lack of proper sleep can have an effect on the cognitive abilities (including memory).

I would strongly recommend a sleep study. Please keep me posted.

Regards

it seems like ur dreams are affecting your sleep quality. when u have extreem dreams it has an affect on your body. your body is still running fast with your dream therefore u sleep but get no real rest.

Hi, relax!, have good diet, lot of water, morning and evening, causual walk or stretching exercise and alprax at bed time. When you feel you are stressed out and need to take rest or have a nap pls goahead, body requires atleast 7-8 hours of good sleep. Consult your doctor and do some necessary blood tests. Bye.

People do dream when there are asleep, some are deeper that you will remeber while some dreams you even did not notice when you are awake.

Some time stress in yourself can affect your sleep quality.  It is a good idea to lisiten to some soothing music for your seelp.

Hi, how are you feeling, hope so to be better gradually. Its good idea to have a hot shower, lot of liquide and listening to soft music which will be soothing to mind and body, it may help some times. Also try to have some sessions of massage therapy as a sore body cannot let you have good night sleep. Bye.
