Hello and hope you are doing well.

Problems related to sleeping disorders, metabolic disorders, cardiac or gastrointestinal disorders can produce symptoms of sleep problems, vomiting, sweating and breathlessness. Sleeping disorders like obstructive sleep apnea can produce inadequate sleep, trouble breathing, sweating and headaches. Metabolic disorders like diabetes can cause these symptoms. So for proper evaluation you will need to consult your primary care physician who will examine you and may ask for some blood tests and a sleep study to initiate appropriate therapy.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
