trouble waking up

lately i've been having trouble waking up i want to wake up and i believe i'm councios enough but i just can't, (sometimes i can see disortes images of things in my room ) This has frighten me , sometimes is so bad that i feel i might die just there because i panic and have trouble breathing then just before i finally wake up i feel like my head is being squeze , or something or a very bad pain does someone have any experience with this, what do u do, are there drugs, help anything u can say  will help, thanks

As people wake, some people feel some of the symptoms you describe, and it can be normal.  If this bothers you frequently, talk to your doctor about it, yes, there are drugs for it.
