weird behaviour while sleeping at my boyfriend's

Please help!
I am really worried about what is happening to me.
My boyfriend had told me a several times that I act very weird while I am sleeping. The weirdest thing is that he sees a pattern: I always laugh in my sleep and point at the ceiling. When he wakes me up, I do not recall for me to have any nightmare or unpleasant situation, I just feel like he does not understand what is happening but in reality, I'm just dreaming.
In addition, I do not sleep properly when I stay over at his place, while at my mom's I never have issues when sleeping.When I sleep at his place my sleep is very light and any movement he does makes me incapable of sleeping.
I also had instances of dream paralysis in the past. I am planning to marry this guy some day so I am very concern about us always having this problem.
Is there something wrong with our relationship or maybe with me ?
