why cant i go to sleep

since i was 11 i havent been getting sleep i normaly go to sleep at 4:00 in the morning and only get 3 hours of sleep.
I somtimes dream of the futer like in school if something like a argument i know where it is. When i wake up i cry and cry about my life and how ugly i am and sometimes ill go to my kitchen and sit there or go to my bathroom and look in the mirror.

I have behavioural problems i lash out and i have once hit someone with a chair.once when i woke up i went to my bathroom and looked at my self and picked up the mirror and smashed it and packed a suitcase and ran i didnt know where i was i just ran and sat in a empty flat (my granny's old flat) and cried and saw a photo album it was photos of me my grannies old baby book of me.when my family loved me and there was a photo that was burnt and i unfolded it and it was a picture of me and my dad (i have never met him) and he looked happy and so was i. and whenever i shut my eyes i see that picture

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, you are experiencing long-term sleep disorder due to which you will be experiencing increased fatigue, sleepiness, confusion, tension, anxiety, and depression. This is common when there is a disturbance in normal sleep pattern.

They may also be associated with sleep disorders (eg, sleep apnea, periodic limb movements), medical conditions that cause pain, psychiatric diseases (eg, anxiety, depression), or the use or withdrawal of alcohol, nicotine, or other substances.

The investigations which will help to diagnose the type and cause for insomnia are Polysomnography, Multiple sleep latency test and Actigraphy .

The therapy for this condition includes retaining of normal circadian rhythm by non-pharmacological therapy which includes; Photo therapy, maintenance of sleep hygiene. You need to go for morning exercises and work out which will make you fresh and active all day and tiredness at the end of day will help you to induce sleep naturally.

Pharmacological therapy includes short course of appropriate sedatives and Hypnotics against prescription. Non-benzodiazepines are effective in delayed onset sleep disorder and help to initiate the sleep. Along with this you also need behavioral therapy.

I suggest you to consult physician. Take car and regards.
