Hello all. I am a 32 year old male and have been a smoker for around 15 years...about 10 to 20 sticks a day. It has been about 75 days since I turned cold turkey and crushed the cigarettes that I had left. Made a promise to God that enough was enough. I am not sure if these are nicotine withdrawal symptoms and was hoping that maybe someone could share their experience with me and advice me if I can still have them almost 3 months later.
1. Whitish mucous / coating on tongue that can be scrapped off.
2. Tingling in my extremities. Extremities feeling rather numb when I awake.
3. Head rush when I get up/ stand up.
4. A rather persistent sore throat, although I have been crying a lot for some personal reasons.
Please share with me any withdrawal experiences that you may have also had and the duration that they lasted, however weird it may sound. Thank you. JD

I would get myself to the doctor sooner than later. The sypmtoms you describe do not sound related to your quit and should be looked at.
