2 weeks today!
I am so excited as this feels like such a big milestone.  I have been 2 weeks today without so much as a puff.  Nothing at all!  Right now it's not to bad...still having cravings, but not nearly what they were and much easier to work through.  Still irritable, but am sleeping better.  I feel so good about my decision and am going to just keep taking this one day at a time.  Hope the rest of you are doing well!!  Opus, I tried to respond to your note but couldn't get it to post.  Thank you so much for thinking about me! xoxo

whooopeee good for you girl, that is a huge milestone....now we are counting weeks and not days..:))
it does get easier your right, the cravings will just hit at us when we least expect it or at certain trigger moments too. but they pass quickly if we get ourselves busy at something...
I'm glad you are sleeping better, I find I am too...not every night, but most. the breathing is sure a positive improvement too.!!!
now if only that appetite thing would settle down, can't gain anymore weight, not a pound!!!!!
And yes the irritable moods even improve hon ((hugs))
