if your taking the patch and gum as well..then u still arnt free of nicotine...how long is IT required to were the patch???  meaning the patch is to get ur body threw the sevre part then go down on like step 1,2,3  then done???  thank you james..

Do not use both James. You will surely make yourself sick. The gum is probably the worst of methods, in my opinion. Most who chose to quit this way are still addicted to the gum....some a decade later.
The patch will guide you on the "how to" so make sure you read through the instructions.
