Thank you both for your encouragement.  I means a lot!   Kathy Jo, I Am imagining how many 500 smokes would be and it's upsetting.  I like that it's upsetting.  Good!  I'm just watching those numbers tick away down on my task bar and it's very satisfying to see my accomplishment.

Terry...congrats on 1wk!  Good job!  It will only get better from here.  I've thought of that "one puff" many times this last month, but as quick as the thought comes, it leaves because I know it would just be a downward slide and not even close to being worth it.  Keep up your good work and hope your husband is doing well also :)
