Hi
I was smoking since 2002 and I have quit recently in Nov 2007. Now I dont know what happened I am getting headaches very frequently. Whenever I start   thinking I am getting headaches .I am a programmer and my work requires lot of thinking , suggest guys something. Is this due to quitting smoking, food or something else.
any ideas?

First of all, congratulations on your quit!!!  I'm not sure about the headaches though.  I kind of doubt it has to do with the fact that your no longer putting poisons into your body, you know?  If anything, you should feel better, but maybe someone else has had this experience or another idea.

Your going on 5mos and that's something to be proud of!!

Lately I been drinking less water, some told me that less water can also be cause a cause of headaches..lets see how that helps!!
