And i have been trying for a baby for 3 years. i really want to stop smoking!! so i can have a nice healthy pregnancy and baby, And be a healthy mum too. Everytime i smoke it makes me feel upset and angry. But i still get the urge,I hate the smell of it on me and my partner.

I have been researching stop smoking remedies here is a link to Smoke Deter. http://www.smokedeter.com/ I have read a lot about how it truly helps, and is natural. I have not used it myself, yet. But it does have a money back guarantee if it does not work for you. I am taking a not so natural approach by using Chantix. I am on day 7 and doing great so far.

The first step is the desire to quit. Then decide on the path to embark on that journey. I would love to hear how you do with whatever product you decide on. Best of luck to you!

You can buy herbal cigarette patches and herbal cigarettes. I smoked the herbal cigarettes for about a week after quitting. There is also this pill I used in the past, it is a mixture of different herbal stuff as well. You chew it right when you have a craving. It will take your physical craving away for about 30 seconds (long enough to reconsider).

The honest truth is quitting is hard, maybe for you it is the hardest thing you will ever do? Nothing you can buy is going to make it "easy." Just make the commitment and stick with it is my best advice (no smoking since 11.03.09 I am a newbie lol). You have to want it badly enough and you just have to do it really. When you feel an urge, welcome it, because it means you aren't smoking.

Always know that when you feel an urge, when you're stressed, when you're having a difficult time, the feelings and stress aren't permanent. It will get easier. It will pass.

Lastly, print out pictures of cute babies and put them all over your house : )

I wish there was a magic "something" that helps, but there isn't. It has to come from you, you have to want it more then anything and when an urge happens you have to fight it!
Keep yourself busy.......work, exercise, walk in the evening, do whatever it takes to get your mind of the smoke. You can do it, if I can anyone can. I was a smoker for 38+ years, smoked through my pregnancies and smoked up until their adulthood! I always thought that I couldn't until I did.
Don't smoke in the house, don't smoke in the car............limit where you are allowed to smoke. Both you and your partner should do this together. Support is essential!
Visit the website at whyquitdotcom and read through all of the articles there.

If you want this bad enough, then you can do it!
