Congradulations..You know I gotta give it to you guys who've smoked for over 20-30 years and quit, I smoked 10 years and thought I could never do it, But if you guys who've smoked that long can do it than anyone else can, you just have to be ready mentally...isn't funny, when you smoke you don't realize that you smell like an ashtray, Now that I'm not smoking I can smell my fiancee from a mile away, he is a smoker, wish I can get him to quit but don't see that happening anytime soon.
I've been smoke free for 4 months now and i feel great!
If you need a little reinforcement, BUY AND READ THE BOOK "Easy Way to Stop Smoking"
by Alan Carr.
It will change your life forever! I don't even think about smoking anymore,
even going out with friends who still do.
