Oh congrats to all you girls...wonderful, I am so proud of you all!!!
I was doing good, 4 months clean. than last week a total relapse that I'm not very proud of....but today I'm back on track and with a new resolve to beat this...pray for me!!!

I KNOW! When I look at how many cigarettes I have not smoked it really makes me see what I was doing to myself! When did I have the time to do all that!!!! My poor lungs!

Time Smoke-Free: 98 days, 20 hours, 21 minutes and 2 seconds	 

Cigarettes NOT smoked: 1779

Lifetime Saved:  13 days, 14 hours

Money Saved: $1,234.80 


1779 cigarettes not smoked in a little over 3 months.  That is so disgusting.  I wont' even do the calculations to see how many cigarettes I would have smoked in 25 years!!

Thanks, Teko.  I always feel the need to state I haven't been perfect, but last single drag was Oct6th so over 5mos totally clean.  You really have to keep the mindset of Never Another Puff no matter what or else you're doomed...
