I'm sure that everyone will have a different method, and in the end, it's whatever works for you. I quit using ChantixChantix Chantix starter pack (Champix in the U.K.). I smoked for 38 yrs. and never though I could quit. What is really important and essential to staying "quit" is to have support. It is also important to understand why we smoke and what our triggers are. An excellent source for those things are at whyquitdotcom
The articles on that site really do cover anything you might want to know.
Keep posting here as there are many who are feeling the same as you and some who have quit and are trying to stay quit. We are a good support group : )
