we are not in the medical field so you might want to ask your own doctor, sorry.

You might try finding a pharmancy open on Sunday (doesn't have to be your own, any one will do) or a 24hr one and ask the pharmacist.

After smoking for 50 years I could leave smoking.Since last 3 years I have not smokes a single cigarette. Now I am sure I am a confirmed non smoker. I had no immigrate  withdrawal symptoms. Now I am having the following symptoms.
Tightness of feet since last three years. Off and on complain of constipation,
can these above condition because of cessation of smoking.Should I try nicotine patch to find out that these conditions are because of lack of nicotine. I do not want to revert to smoking for these conditions.Pleass advise.

Just a suggestion, you may want to post your question seperate from this thread so that the title of your question can be seen. Personally, I do not have any idea's for you but I'm sure if you repost this seperately you will get a response. ~ El

Yes, repost your question seperately.  Up at the top of the page in green you will see "Post a Question"

What I will say though is the very LAST thing you want to do is put on a nicotine patch after not smoking for 3yrs.  Absolutely NOT!

I truly doubt your symptoms have anything to do with quitting cigs.

Congrats on 3yrs quit!!!!!
