You would have to get a hearing and do hire a social security lawyer to represent your case you need you doctor to prove that you are disabled and stating why you are unable to work. also give your lawyer all medical records. If you lose the hearing you can get an appeal your layer will know exactly what to do. I know people that after one and two appeals they finally won their cases so never give up on your rights.

You will need no money up front, they take their portion when you win your approval. If they didn't think you will get it then they wouldn't take your case. They take over during the appeal process or after you have been turned down. Good Luck you will get it.
well i applied again i'm not sure i can i afford a lawyer but i will appeal this time :)
