13yr. old boy bone age of 15yr. old

My 13yr. 5month old son just had a bone age xray which indicates 15 years, all other blood tests were normal. He has definitely been going through puberty for the last 2 years.  He is a premature triplet who weighed 2.4 at birth and was 14 in. long. He has grown well and is now 57 3/4 inches tall.  My husband is 5ft. 7in. and I am 5ft.  The doctors prediction is that he will be 5ft.  based on his bone age.  He is recommending a medicine called femara to slow down the bone maturation in hopes that he will gain another inch.  There appears to be many side effects from this medicine for just one inch.  We have researched a drug called lupron that seems a better fit.  Do you know of any treatments that might be effective for him at this  point?
Thanks,
Tami
